How do I come up with angles from content?
👉 Question: From @neket22 “I struggle with creating ANY angles for emails. I watched all of my client's reels, yet still can't do it. For example, one of them just posts reels about the best exercises to grow different parts of your body. How can I come up with an angle here, if he doesn't even have any belief shifts? What does this process look like?” 👉 Answer: Good question, here’s what to do. The trick is not to write about the tip itself. It’s better to talk about the problem, belief, or frustration behind it. Here’s what I mean… Say your client posts a reel about “Good Glute Exercises”. Cool, we can work with that, but first, you’ll need to find out the following: - Why does the viewer care? - What mistakes are they making? - What’s the belief they need to unlearn? Here’s what that looks like in context. Don't write something like: ❌ “Do these exercises for glutes.” That's boring AF... anyone could write an email about that. You want to come up with something more creative: ✅ “Why your glutes aren’t growing… even after 6 months of squats.” ✅ “Most women train glutes like men… and it’s ruining their progress.” Instead of taking the reel at face value, we are making our angle relatable to the reader with a problem, and the result of that problem. 1 of those 2 will catch the reader’s attention because they either: - Have that problem - Don’t want that problem - Don’t want the result of the problem Look past the tip, dig into the pain behind it, and then get creative. That’s how you make angles 💪
