😎 breakfast Tea only 😎 Lunch Two boil eggs(I tried to remain in calorie deficit throughout the day as I had to attend a birthday party at night) 😎 Dinner I tried my best to eat mindfully in party too...didn't take cold drink at all...yes I eat the cake (birthday pa ja k cake na khao to gunnah hota ha ) 😎Steps 30k 😎 Workout 22min strength training couldnt find more time
