We are implementing the Post ROF trianguling with Pre booking and Pre paying intentions. We had a training session last week to talk about it and now I am writing up our SOP notes.

We have also created our "Significant Tool" for the Road to recovery and are implementing this for the ROF Appointments.

Our Patient Journey
Hi Stefan and community, We are Connect Spinal Health. Andrew and I are excited to be part of this group. Here is our patient journey. We have this in more detail also but thought this would be useful to share with the group. I suppose the main constraints for us are getting patients to purchase care packages upfront and getting patients to Wellbeing. We keep working on all these things!
