I've been implementing much better table talk. I realise how I needed to keep reinforcing the importance of regular treatment, to meet the patients need rather than what I felt they wanted to hear. Retention is already MUCH higher and I feel patients are understanding the commitment on their side to getting long lasting results. Thank you :-)

Perfect patient journey.
Hi everyone, I'm Karen, I've been in practice over 10years. My weakness is second guessing what the patients want to hear. I need to work on perfecting my chat and keeping it short and sweet! Leading them rather than advising. As a result converting more to maintenance care.👌🏻
