I was diagnosed 8 years ago. I have tried Terry Wahls diet however due to busy life I fell back into old ways however kept dairy and gluten free and had some cheat days.  I stumbled across Adrienne and Ive learnt more about healing of MS in a week than I have in 8 years. I'm only in week 2 however with all things suggested in here, I'm sure my vision will improve and the tingling in my legs and feet. I think the weekly chats can make you accountable and time to ask questions. Well done Adrienne.
