Council Tax - I need your help! 😁
I am in the process of finishing a new learning module for Council Tax. Can I ask you to have a look over this and if you know of any other possible solutions, please let me know: Possible solutions I can think of so far: 1. Quantum Syntax Grammar - challenge the words on their paperwork 2. Use the Notices in the Course (Discover, unable to respond etc) - Lifting the Vale 3. Move house and do not register 4. Affidavit (I have tried, and this did not work for me) 5. Office of Executor (Gazza has tried and this didn't work for me) 6. Living Executor - Realm of England teaches this 7. Go to the Council and get your home re-registered as non-commercial - this takes a few visits, I hear. Freedomwithequity.com process. 8. Use God's Law - they have no claim (Capillary Wave and Clive Edwards) 9. Pay it and reclaim your securities (Republic of Old Souls and Reclaim Your Securities) 10. Put Money into a separate Bank Account once they prove they are not spending money of illegal Wars. 11. Get them to prove the contract/obligation and fight it 12. Challenge the Court's jurisdiction 13. Serve strong paperwork challenging the illegal Conversion of Man into Fiction and your home into a commercial residence. 14. Challenge the fact that in the Council Tax Handbook, it states that they take on all of the liabilities of the people if they become a corporation, which they all are. 15. Challenge the legality of the Liability Order as they were cancelled in 2003 16. Challenge the mass bulk processing of non-payers 17. Challenge the Magistrates/Claimants Solicitors Oath (as they are often a council worker) 18. Challenge that the Court did not issue any liability order and the Council did. 19. Challenge that the court staff are all Council workers. 20. Settle with a Set off Bond (Alex Middleditch) 21. Do an acceptance and return it (Brandon Joe Williams) 22. Equity - ask so many questions they give up. Freedomwithequity.com 23. Throw everything they send in the bin 👀

Hello everyone, with respect to item no.9 ......" pay it and reclaim your securities".. (Republic of Old Souls and Reclaim Your Securities) please note the following...... Republic of old souls seems to be a re-incarnation of Matrix freedom and the actors in that particular endeavour do not fair too well in the public and legal arena's https://matrixfreedomreview.com/meet-the-team/ https://www.judiciary.uk/judgments/committal-for-contempt-of-court-the-financial-conduct-authority-v-iain-clifford-stamp/ I am not here slinging mud nor besmirching peoples characters I have no first hand knowledge of the facts or personal experience of direct involvement with that particular group of people. I have only anecdotal heresay evidence from others in one group I am involved with ( ASHford STAND IN THE PARK ) who have been involved with matrix freedom and STILL -after parting with considerable sums - have had no positive results from their involvement and expenditure with matrix freedom I am here to caution folk to do their own due diligence and proceed with extreme care and check assiduously every detail and claim. As for Reclaim YOur securities I have been involved with them since 2019 and my experience of them has been very good . Neither reports are recommendations or dismissals . DO YOUR OWN CHECKS AND CHECK VERY CAREFULLY before making any commitments or undertaking any actions based on someone else's advice - you are sovereign after all and that means being fully responsible for everything you do . peace and blessings to all simon x

Post # 1840 – By Bill - Courts and Securities
I have been sent this today and thought it might be interesting to some, maybe thinking of going to Court, to 'have their day' and to face them. Not advice, just learning together! Did you know that an arrest warrant and a summons are vouchers seeking a bank's consent to transfer Estate (private) funds to the Court's depository account to pay for the Case Bond? Let's examine a standard check deposit at a bank. The bank endorses the check PAY TO THE ORDER OF XYZ BANK, which is a banker's acceptance by the Payee's bank that monetizes the instrument (converts it to money of account). The bank then steals title to the funds by issuing credits to the depositor's account (a general account). It places a hold on the credits and forwards the check to the Payer's bank for authorization to release the hold. If funds are available, the Payer's bank will endorse the check (yet another banker's acceptance) and return it to its customer, the Payer (at least they used to). If funds are insufficient, the bank will cancel it's endorsement and RETURN THE CHECK TO THE DEPOSITOR / PAYEE. Notice that the credits move to the Payee and the security moves back to the issuer who issued the security. You can always return to this transaction to understand most any event in the world around you. For instance, a case in an incorporated Court. The Court (JUDGE ROSE WILLIAMS) deposits the Indictment by endorsing it "FILED IN CASE NO. 1:10-CR-123456." THE STAMP IS A BANKER'S ACCEPTANCE. Doesn't it signify acceptance, opening of an account, issuance of a number, and a deposit? Doesn't the indictment have a Payer (strawman), Payee (Plaintiff), implied amount (penal sum on the charges), a date, signature, and place of payment (the Court)? Doesn't the Court maintain securities accounts in its normal course of business, making it a securities intermediary per s. 1 of the Securities Transfer Act (Canada provinces) / UCC 8-102(a)? What else could it be if not a banker's acceptance?

The above passage is a quote from the American / canadian Group "reclaim your securities" - who published this documents since around 2019 - be careful of copyright infringements - the original source is from Bill who was a high up IRS insider knowing the details of the system In passing this is very much about the north American expose of what happens behind their court systems _ I believe the same applies in the UK however I have yet to see much evidence other than anecdotal claims - Every time ou do business with a corporate fiction pretending to be " court" it is a commercial claim and must be bonded hence why the american courts open up a Bid performance and payment bond under the miller act - its all commercial insurance and undwerwriting . this gives you a lever to ask fro several things to undermine their dirty tricks - the accounting mainly, whereby they admit to being in commerce. if they dont produce this accounting then there are the methods of claiming embezzlement , identity theft , fruad on the bonds( you didnt authorise them ) money laundering & tax evasion among other crimes . The magistares dont know what is going on and neither to some of the judges as the acounting ( bonding of the case) carries on else where in the court system . For a truly in depth analysis I recomment the work of Jean Keating and his various articles called " cracking the code " . Without a doubt this is THE KEY to undermining their fraud
COUNTRY ACTS PERSON DEFINITION
Good day I have been studying the Person - the word meaning and have a question maybe I will find as I study, how did countries not connected to the American / US citizen / States etc end up with definitions of person in their Acts / Statutes that put us all the same catagory as "negro" ? I am Zimbabwean born, given South African "citizenship" and now living in Zambia so will copy paste their Interpretations Acts re "person" for comment. PERSON INTERPRETATION ACTS DEFINITIONS THE INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS ACT of Zambia "person" includes any company or association or body or persons, corporate or Unincorporate. THE Zimbabwe INTERPRETATIONS ACT “person” or “party” includes— (a) any company incorporated or registered as such under an enactment; or (b) any body of persons, corporate or unincorporated; or (c) any local or other similar authority; THE South Africa INTERPRETATIONS ACT “person” includes - (a) any divisional council, municipal council, village management board, or like authority; (b) any company incorporated or registered as such under any law; (c) any body of persons corporate or unincorporate

Dont forget the rule of statutory interpretation of " expressio unis est exclusio alterius" - - meaning : the thing included in the list means anything not mentioned is EXCLUDED. so ntural men and women and natural persons arent included in the intepretetaion act of 1889 in the UK .
Trust..
Whats anyones thoughts on this A poster insists this is correct, when I was talking about private trusts and no solicitor.. a group on fb HMRC introduced a new regulation, which commenced on the 1st September, stating that, with few exceptions, all UK trusts must now be registered with the Trust Registration Service (TRS), but what does this mean, and how does it affect current trustees, or people considering establishing a Trust? Before 1 September 2022 people who held assets in Trust only had to register them when a liability to pay UK tax arose. However, these new rules mean that trusts that do not currently have a tax bill to pay must also be registered with the TRS, and failure to meet this legal obligation could result in trustees facing a £5,000 fine. Here are some key dates for trust holders to be aware of: • Trusts created before 6 October 2020 or between 6 October 2020 and 2 June 2022 must have registered by 1 September 2022 • Trusts created on or after 3 June 2022 must be registered within 90 days of creation.

the only problem you will find with private trusts is that they apparently arent able to get a bank account . There will be a need ( as has been mentioned by another group that I am part of ) for a public trust holding very limited assets that also has access to a bank account that will interface in a very restricted way with your private trust(s) .
