Good stuff ... i agree NLP it is the ultimate modeling tool.
Are you a leader, really?
Take the Leadership Quiz and find out whether you are fit to call yourself a leader, or perhaps you need some work... https://yourleadership.scoreapp.com/ How Great Leaders Think: Using NLP to Model Excellence in the Workplace Introduction Imagine being able to ā€œdecodeā€ how the most inspiring leaders think, communicate and make decisions – and then learn to do the same, in your own authentic way. That is essentially what NLP modelling offers. In this article we’ll explore how modelling works, why it matters in the modern workplace, and how you can begin using it in your own leadership journey with Toby and Kate McCartney. What NLP Modelling Actually Is NLP modelling is the process of studying how someone achieves a particular result – not just what they do, but how they think, what they believe, and how they use language and physiology. Instead of copying the surface behaviour (ā€œthey’re confidentā€ or ā€œthey’re decisiveā€), we become curious about the inner patterns that drive that behaviour. Key elements include: - Internal strategies: the sequence of thoughts, images, sounds and feelings a person runs inside. Ā  - Beliefs and values: what they hold to be true and important. Ā  - Physiology: posture, breathing, gestures, facial expressions, voice tone. When we teach NLP, we often emphasise that modelling is about curiosity rather than ā€˜copying’. You are not trying to become a clone of someone else; you’re extracting what works, then adapting it to fit who you are. Why Modelling Matters for Leadership Today’s leaders are expected to handle complexity, uncertainty and constant change. Reading another leadership book can be useful, but it doesn’t always translate into real behaviour. Modelling, however, lets you build practical patterns that you can actually run in your nervous system. For example, you might model: - How a particular leader stays calm under pressure. Ā  - How a colleague asks difficult questions without triggering defensiveness. Ā  - How a mentor frames setbacks as learning rather than failure.

I'm no leader but I love the Modeling process. Im currently modeling Helene Hadsell (for a second time) she was Know as the contesting queen back in the day winning almost every contest she entered, she played a vital role in Jose Silva's success (Silva Mind Control), she was also good friends with Joesph Murphy one of the powerhouse New Thought leaders at the time, along with Neville Goddard.

Hello. I had neen using NLP as a modeling tool for a while now (nearly 20 years) but more recently ive been getting more forensic with it. My main use has been in Modeling the old school New Thought and Law of Assumtion experts which has been amazingly satisfying and fruitful. For me the old saying imagination is more powerful than knowledge does hold true however knowledge about how our imagination creates reality is definately useful.

I did the standard Tad James format NLP 20 years ago for prac and master prac, so my apologies if i made it sound like I had trained with Micheal directly which i unfortumately havent, however I invested over 2 years delving deep into his work and modeling him as a project which has been enlightening as well as fascinating. Same with Diltz and Overdurf and of course Bandler.
