I think you’re spot on Dave, speeds and feeds are dead! You have to question accordingly to understand the urgency of the opportunity, but also dig deeper to understand the ‘what if’ scenarios…. What is the impact of not achieving these outcomes by this date, who is impacted by this and what is the cost to the business if these are not achieved? Thanks mate 👍👍
