@Ollie Pendleton the whole Principle is helping the prospect to understand the level of urgency around their situation. Decisions based on urgency are far more driven than those made on need alone.

@Ollie Pendleton they are both the same! This is called the Ebbinghause illusion. One centre circle looks smaller simply because the blue circles are larger. This is how sales reps often present their proposition.
