I would say a mix, I think safeguarding yourself having a smaller mortgage is a good idea, it could relieve stress when taking risk in your business later. I also think it is a good idea to have a diverse range of investments with Property, Stocks and maybe Gold/Silver. As I say hopefully we can make this thought a reality in the near future 💪

Hi All, I am Simon, one half of Dorcastle Property. I will let Amy the boss introduce herself 😁. We are fairly new to property although been landlords for 18 years. Joined Paul back in April/May and hopefully not too far away from our first deal/project. We are looking at flipping property in the local area (Dorset, Somerset & Hampshire) and if we can adopt the BRRR method then bonus. I know there are a few in this group based down south so it will be lovely to arrange a meet up soon. I work within the Oil and Gas industry and Amy is a PA and Inventory Clerk, along with pushing our property business forward. We have two daughters who love their football which keeps us very, very busy. Our happy place is definitely on the ski slopes! (Amy will definitely say beach 😂) Looking forward to learning from you and hopefully working with a few of you as our journeys progress.
