Hey guys, I just jumped on to record a full walkthrough of the changes happening at Atlas High Performance for early 2026. This video covers everything from the new app (LegitFit) to how we are rewarding you for training with us. ๐Ÿ“บ Watch the full video attached to this post. Here is the "Too Long; Didn't Watch" Summary: 1. NEW APP: LegitFit - Check your Email: Invites were sent around Dec 16th/17th. You must click "Accept Invite" to connect to Atlas High Performance Centre. - Booking is Mandatory: If itโ€™s not on the timetable, itโ€™s not on. - Parents: You can now create "Child Accounts" under your main profile. This makes booking sessions for your kids (Development Pathway) much easier - no more logging in and out. Currently I'm not sure if you can do it yourself or whether we have to do it. 2. MEMBERSHIPS & RENEWALS - Unfreezing: All memberships unfreeze on Jan 1st. - 2026 Rates: Current members get a discounted "Loyalty Rate" if you renew/add your card to the system before your current membership expires. - Cash vs. Card: We are moving primarily to card payments on the system to streamline admin, though cash is still accepted in some cases, although you will not get the discounted rates. 3. RE-OPENING HOURS - Jan 2nd: 12:00pm - 6:00pm - Jan 3rd: 10:00am - 1:00pm - Jan 5th: Normal schedule resumes. 4. NEW REFERRAL PROGRAM & REWARDS - Refer a Friend: Earn credit towards your membership (approx โ‚ฌ10-โ‚ฌ20) for every new member you bring in. - Milestones: We can now track your total session count (even rolling over from 2025). Expect rewards for hitting 50, 100, 150 sessions, etc. 5. COACHING UPDATES - My Hours: I am condensing my floor hours to AM or PM blocks (not both) as we prepare for my first child in Feb! - Team Coaching: You will see more of Eoghan, Sarah, Eve and Gianni. All programming is done collectively, so the standard remains elite regardless of who is on the floor. Action Steps: 1. Download LegitFit & Accept Invite. 2. Book your slots for Jan 2nd/3rd/5th. 3. Sit tight until we update you with the new membership options and pricings.

Iโ€™ve put everything on paper - from schedule changes to new coaching faces - and now I want your feedback. The goal is to keep improving the service, systemise your results, and make this the best training environment possible. ๐Ÿ‘‡ HERE ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS: 1. ๐ŸŽฎ Gamifying the Community (New Rewards) We are turning this group into an interactive hub, not just a place to lurk. - Leaderboards: We now have 7-day and 30-day leaderboards. - Prizes: Top contributors on the 30-day board will earn rewards (gifts/discounts). - Level Up: Engaging (liking/commenting) earns you points to "Level Up" and unlock free courses (like Nutrition Basics & Training Foundations). - Note: Premium content will be locked for active members only. 2. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Schedule & Christmas Hours - Christmas: We usually close for 2 weeks. This year, we are looking at an "unofficial" close where we will open for specific short windows to keep you moving. - 2026 Gym Hours: Moving toward structured training blocks (Morning, Lunch, Evening) to improve coaching quality, programming and cleanliness. 3. ๐Ÿš€ Service Upgrades (2026) - Youth Athletes: Moving to a subscription model (1-2 PT sessions + Unlimited access to Group Development sessions). - Adults: Splitting "General Fitness" vs. "High Performance" tracks so everyone gets exactly what they need. - Booking System: Moving toward booking times rather than specific coaches. This ensures you never miss a session if a coach is away, and every coach knows your program inside out. - Testing: Introducing regular "Testing Days" (using VBT sensors) to track progress safely without needing 1-Rep Maxes every time. 4. ๐ŸŽ Nutrition & Sport Science - We are partnering with a Registered Associate Nutritionist for monthly workshops and specific referral support. - New Team Members: Shout out to Eoghan, Eve (Sports Science/Clare Ladies), and Gianni (Endurance/Rowing Specialist) joining the roster.

Great stuff, the added Nutrition stuff will be really useful too. My only reservation would be with the Athletic Development having a different focus each evening, in our case and we are probably not alone, we book the evening/evenings that my son is not training in his Soccer Team, we wouldn't be basing it on what the focus is that evening.
New Basics of Nutrition Course
Most nutrition advice is overcomplicated nonsense. It focuses on the top 10% (supplements, timing, "hacks") while ignoring the 90% that actually dictates your weight and performance. We are currently building a brand new, 5-Module Course: The Atlas Nutrition Basics. Our goal is simple: To give you the 80-90% of nutrition knowledge you actually need to perform, without the fluff. Here is a sneak peek at Module 1: We are stripping it back to the Laws of Physics. As you can see in the diagram below ๐Ÿ‘‡, before we talk about anything else, we have to understand Energy Balance and TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). The Course Breakdown: โœ… Module 1: Energy Balance (The Physics of Weight Loss/Gain) โœ… Module 2: Macronutrients (Protein, Carbs, Fats) โœ… Module 3: Fueling for Performance (Pre/Post Workout) โœ… Module 4: Hydration & Recovery โœ… Module 5: Supplements (What actually works) The best part?
