My biggest concern is owning home.. then ct charge on property.. then bankrupt.. yet renters get away not paying.. people are loosing their homes.. police still will not accept there are no warrents.. I wud not be able to stand up in court.. I still do not know enough about private trust.. but need to get one done.. but u still hear they can take property.. I only have phone internet .. where I live cars passing.. loose internet so hard for zooms.. How tight is a private trust.. surely they cud still put a charge on land registry..? Would be nice those that have stopped loosing hse cud share how they did it.. mental health make things even harder to understand, or innerstand.. rem regulations etc..
