My favorite color is grey ( i love it in almost all shades) I’ve actually never played Pokémon 😅 so I’m open to recommendations! My current Skool challenge is connecting online as naturally as I do in real life.

I am Simon, Young adults face uncountable struggles, from growing to finding their place in a faster and ever changing environment. All of us probably went through it or still are, but it doesn't have to be this hard. 🦄 My favourite colour well is varies because well, I can change my mind - sometimes it’s pink and other times yellow especially in the winter when we need sunshine 🌞 I was made for sunshine! 🌈 I don’t know the Pokemon there’s a yellow one?! 🐛 my challenge on Skool right now is saying hi and building connections so here I am saying hi from 🇬🇧

(Since I just joined today 😅…) Goals: get 7 hours of sleep each night and close my Move Ring each day (burning 360 calories per my Apple Watch). Because I sit too much during the day, and sometimes doing the dishes is my only consistent ‘exercise’ (smh)…I can, and need to do better. Getting enough sleep is one of those things I know is very important for health. Yet staying up way too late is so easy—these days I have so much that needs to be done, and it feels like 10pm turns into 11, 12, 1, 2am so quickly. I will post daily updates here as comments, and do a new post for the final update at the end of Feb.
