Hi, I'm Silla 👋 I'm an NLP practitioner and mentor based in Sweden, working with women in midlife who know they have something to offer — but get stuck before they even begin. My work sits at the intersection of inner development and outer expression. I combine NLP, nervous system regulation and self-leadership to help women go from "who am I to do this?" to actually doing it — building something of their own, showing up with their voice, and creating a next chapter that feels true. I run a community called Midlife Reset Studio where we move through four steps — from nervous system regulation and inner clarity, to finding your voice, to building something real and sustainable.
