Challenge: meditate 1 hour 60 days
I got inspired by Naval He said he would meditate for 1 hour per day and reach "Inbox zero" in his mind in a bit less then 60 days. So I'm gonna see if I can do the same Currently I'm on day 10/60 and I'm also keeping track of my findings with a questionnaire that I got from a friend who studies neuroscience. Instructions are simple: Do nothing Don't put effort into anything don't put effort against anything. Don't focus on your breath. Just sit down with your eyes closed, see what comes up. Feel free to join if you need a little boost of accountability!

@Shivam Jha Clarity of direction, things just "click" more. More good ideas that I want to use in videos or life in general. Also way more in touch with my body, which can be a scary thing because then I started to notice all the stress, but it's also easier to deal with the stress when you're aware of it. In general my thoughts make place for feelings, they are not "in the way" anymore. But I also feel more susceptible to stimulation after meditating so I need to make sure to put my phone away otherwise it's easy to slip into mindless stuff, as always

It's been a minute
Catching up with my man @Siebren de Vos Over the last few months, we've kept each other accountable, helped each other in our businesses and built a real bond. I'm rooting for you my guy. I couldn't get the photo timing right and completely missed the sword you were holding up ahahah
