Special Announcement
Hey everyone, I want to share something important for the month of April. April is a special month for me. It’s my birthday month, and it’s also the month my mom passed. Because of that, I’m taking time to reset, refocus, and make sure I’m building this community the right way for those who are serious about becoming phlebotomists. Starting today, I’m opening up all learning modules for self-study access for the month of April. This means: - You will be able to go through all course material at your own pace - You can review, catch up, or get ahead However, please understand: This is a self-study period only - No live sessions. If you have access already see the previously recorded. - No worksheets - No recorded lives Important for current paid self-study students: I will be sending you a message directly. You must comment on this post if you want access opened for you. If you do not comment on this post, I will not open access. If you are serious, this is your time to: - Go through the lessons - Mark your progress - Ask questions in the group - Stay consistent In May, we will return to full structure, support, and live sessions for those who are ready. If you’ve been waiting to get focused, this is your moment. I’m still here, and I’m still rooting for you. — Cherell

“Welcome to Study Phlebotomy With Purpose Hey and welcome! I’m really glad you’re here. This community is a supportive space for phlebotomy students who want clear guidance, steady progress, and encouragement along the way. Whether you’re just starting or already studying, you’re in the right place. 🗓 Weekly Group Rhythm Here’s how we stay connected: - Midweek Check-In: Wednesdays at 7:00 PMA space to ask questions, talk through challenges, and stay encouraged. - Module Review: Sundays at 7:00 PMWe review key topics together and focus on understanding, not pressure. You don’t need to attend everything at once — come as you’re able. 📘 How This Group Works Inside the group, you’ll find: - Lessons you can move through at your own pace - Helpful posts and study reminders - Group discussions and live sessions My suggestion:Start with one lesson at a time. Take notes. Mark lessons as complete. Ask questions when something doesn’t make sense. Even small steps matter. This is not a perfection-based space. It’s a progress-based space. 🤍 What I Ask of You - Show up when you can - Engage in ways that feel comfortable - Ask questions — that’s how learning happens - Let me know what you need help with I’m here to support you, and this works best when we communicate. 👋 Introduce Yourself Below When you’re ready, please comment below and share: 1. Your name 2. Where you are in your phlebotomy journey 3. If you have an exam date scheduled (or if you’re still preparing) That helps me support you better and makes this feel like a community, not just a classroom. Again, welcome. Take a deep breath, start where you are, and we’ll take this one step at a time — together.

REALITY CHECK: Where Are We At?
Hey everyone - we're 3 weeks into this program and I need to be real with you. I'm noticing that most people aren't keeping pace, and I want to understand why so I can help the students who are serious about getting certified. Here's what I need from you - reply to this post with ONE of these options: 1. COMMITTED - I'm actively working through the modules and staying on pace (or catching up). I'm . finishing this program. 2. BEHIND BUT COMING BACK - I fell behind but I'm ready to catch up. I need help getting back on track. 3. LIFE HAPPENED - Honestly, this isn't my priority right now. Maybe later. No judgment, no matter what you pick. I just need to know who I should be focusing my energy on. If you say COMMITTED or BEHIND: I'm going to hold you accountable. That means: - Weekly check-ins - Progress tracking - Making sure you're using the tools I've built for you Speaking of which - are you marking your lessons as complete? Every time you finish a lesson, there's a checkbox in the top right corner of the screen. Click it. This tracks your progress through each module so you (and I) can see where you're at. If you're not checking these off, I have no idea if you're progressing or stuck. Here's what else I need to know: A. What's your biggest obstacle right now? - Not enough time? - Content feels overwhelming? - You're confused about something specific? - Life got busy and you lost momentum? - You forgot this existed? B. What would actually help you succeed? - More accountability? - Simpler weekly to-do lists? - Different pacing? - Something else? Be brutally honest. I can't fix what I don't know about. Important Update About Pricing: This program is going PAID next Monday at $27/month for all new students. You 42 founding members get 3 months FREE (until February 25, 2026 - 3 months from today). After those 3 months: - If you've completed the program: You can stay in the community free to access materials and ask questions - If you're still working through it: You'll transition to $27/month to continue (same rate as new members) - If you haven't started or made progress: Your access ends
