Emotional eating, binge eating & poor relationships with food
I wanted to share a podcast for those who struggle with emotional or binge eating. As a recovering binger, I thought this was really quite good. "Food issues" are WAY more common that we like to admit, and I hate that there's so much shame around these topics. (I've been there! It sucks!) On that note, I am looking to evolve my Better Beyond 40 Formula program to address these kinds of things head on (on top of offering all the hormone and metabolic supportive tactics), as they can really get in the way on our paths to success... So right now, I'm working hard to bring on a new member of the team who is deeply trained in coaching & mindset in general, and not just relating to food - someone who can provide you with even more support towards reaching your goals, whether you're struggling with food, motivation, family, priorities, etc. Stay tuned! This is me. Workout and eat well for 3 months. Don’t see any difference. And I tell myself I shouldn’t give up coz it’s helping my body even if it doesn’t show up on the scale. Then I lose it. Workouts become less and less and diet slips more and more. Before I know it am heavier by 5 pounds in a couple of weeks….and on it goes again ….
