Bio: I’m Neil, 40yrs old and I’m a keen handcyclist. I run a charity that gets people with physical disabilities using off-road handcycles out into nature.

Bio: Been in 12x programme since July 2024. I’m 67 years old with some mobility difficulties but this programme has got me much more motivated and mobile.
