Hey Zoe! first off, props to you for putting yourself out there! You've got a strong market in Health in that age range, so that's a great lane! Your thumbnails follow a good established format. My only note is that you want your thumbnails to tell a story or ask a question at a glance. A great thumbnail does both. Consider making the contrast between Day X and Day Y much greater. Essentially you're making 'before and after' photos. That immediately hooks people and makes people silently ask, "How the heck did they get from here to there?" Curiosity makes them click. In each of the thumbs you posted, there's no story contrast. No drama. No FAT image on day 1 and skinny on day 30. Create your thumbs from that perspective. What is the shocking contrast that makes people question "What happened? How'd she do that?", then are compelled to watch the video to get the story. More importantly, how your story affects THEM. "Wow, she did that and I can, too!" Make sense?

From the outside, the thumbnails look cohesive. The part that feels less defined is who this new direction is meant to serve. When that’s tight, the visuals usually fall into place.

If you're confident about what you want to talk about, this episode had gems for days. Is anyone here still in the 'figuring it out' phase of what to talk about on Youtube?

That autogenerates clips, finds the best sections, ranks them on which is strongest for the algorithm, creates a Youtube optimized headlines, and let's you download everything. If you're looking to take raw footage and export something that jumps between camera angles into a ready-to-post deliverable, people seem to love autopod. I've never used that one personally, but it's highly recommended.

yeah, autopod is probably the way to go. Even Art.mp4 was singing it's praises on a recent episode. He's been editing for Omar for years. Omar also comes from a video background, and he seems to love it, too. Can't hurt to try it out for a month. And yep, Autopod is a premiere plugin. OpusClips is fun when you just want to turn your brain off and repurpose videos that you've already cut. No thinking, just posting shorts.
