I often work with my higher self having conversations. But recently, I've been just putting myself in the field aligned with those of the highest good and seeing who shows up. Sometimes they are collectives such as the Star ️ 😇🩵 mothers who are from the Pleiades. Sometimes they are individuals that are higher beings, and most recently a group of white light beings were there as the oversoul/soul group.
