Today, at The Leader Within we talked about IDENTITY. Before we stepped into spring break, we had a powerful conversation with Mr. Donald from the Boys and Girls Club of Central Ohio. And he challenged us with a real question: Does your outward appearance match your inward identity? We dug deep. We did a billboard activity—where each student wrote down 5 internal characteristics about themselves… things people wouldn’t see at first glance. Because the truth is: Most people only see the outside. But who you really are is built internally. We talked about: Why it’s important to truly know yourself How your thoughts and identity shape your actions And why it’s okay to be different Here’s the truth we left with: 👉 If you don’t define who you are, the world will try to define it for you. 👉 And if your inside doesn’t match your outside, eventually the truth will show.
