Hello All! I’m Shiela and I’m coming in from Sebastopol California. A little hamlet about a hour north of San Francisco. I am celebrating being here and the Inspiration I feel from being part of a wild sobriety group. My edge is that I am still a bit early in living beyond alcohol and so I feel both excited to show up and a bit trepidatious! What I’m ready to surrender is my belief that I need alcohol for anything. And even more importantly I am ready to surrender any limiting belief around my capacity to show up for my whole experience of life with loving compassionate presence for myself, my work, my family, my friends and my community.

So grateful to finally be sinking into this space. I’ve been working with Mary for over a year now and feeling the vibes of this new iteration of your good work @Mary Wagstaff is so great!!! Thank you for inviting me into the permission field. So timely as always! More as I watch the other videos and take a look around. 🫶🏽
