2026 is here and wouldn’t it be nice if you had a method to connect with homeowners , so you can buy their house at the right price to make a profit.
This method works in any local area. This method gives you a 3 step process to build rapport, get the necessary info needed to buy the house and ask the owner to move forward with the purchase process. There are many options to get money. Heres a few programs that will help you save more. 1. NACA 2. Search your state down payment assisntance program 3. FHA Loans 4. Looks like Chase may have grants for 1st time buyers (never used this)

You can make more money in 2026 and you've made the last 10 years. The name of the game is assets. stocks, real estate and business. Bitcoin is – I don't know what bitcoin will become but buy more stocks, real estate, and businesses for your own mental health and financial wellbeing.
