Activity Knowledge - getting in the game and learning how its played. In Real estate you might have to deal with evictions, property inspectors, and government regulations. You either learn how to solve this problems yourself , or learn from someone that's done it before. PS. I attached a monthly tracker that will help you stay on top of your activity knowledge.
