I really enjoyed this. I did skip the tarot part but totally used to love that stuff♡♡ 1. I did struggle because its new to me and I have not been able to meditate in years. It was hard for me to picture light so in my mind I did have a small ball of white light. I also had a weird time with my breathing ao I had to keep reminding myself to release the negative energy. It did work! 2. I am so happy to get into frequencies. Its weird but I also love to listen to "frequencies of God". Those numbers resonate with me and ill definitely research the higher frequencies. 3. I felt super comfortable and safe! 4. Lastly the only feedback I have for you is for is start the breathing after you explain what/how we're breathing in and out. Hopefully that makes sense. I was a big dope and was huffing through my nose and instantly breathing out. Lol I think you did amazing 👏 thank you!!!!!!! ♡
