Last month I did a training on how I used to get paid $997/event. I had one client who’d do 6 events/mo! ☝The math: 6 events x $997 = $5982/mo From 1 clients. Time to fulfill = Under 10mins. Pretty awesome, right? Makes that AI stuff you’re so obsessed with look kinda silly. Promoting local events for the right niche is a pretty good business model. IF you have killer ads and a killer niche. ☝Which is what we just introduced to everyone on the Growth plan
UpHex Premium Templates! Get 20 “Event-Ready” Ad Templates instantly and start getting more clients for your niche. The best part? You can literally have your first campaign live in under 10 minutes. Which means you could close a client TODAY and fulfill by lunch. That’s Team UpHex in action. @Sam Carlson Thanks for the clarification.
☝I almost felt guilty for charging $997 for this...
Almost. Why? Cause it takes me 2 minutes to create the campaign and my client gets 20 people showing up to their workshop. That’s event marketing. The client wins. I win. And I get paid MORE than monthly! Because many run multiple events per month! Here’s the gig
I’m showing you the whole system. Date: Feb 11th Time: 11 AM MST. How to fill the events. How to fulfill in minutes. And more! Great video. What types of businesses do event marketing? 3 off the top of my head: Financial Planners Retirement Planners Chiropractors Realtors (one local lady does a "downsizing for seniors" -- another, a first time homebuyer seminar) Most of these guys send out an expensive invitation (by snail mail) to an expensive dinner. $997 would be a game changer.

@Heather Kelley I had a chiropractor website client that invited me to one of his events (probably ~20 years ago). There must've been 100 people in this private room at a restaurant... I'm guessing a minimum of $10/head for a full meal. His featured speaker was a published author/chiropractor... I'm guessing he probably bore the majority of the cost. But the chiropractor offered a "sign up now for $35 first appointment" offer -- a pretty solid offer -- and some of the attendees signed up, paid their $35. And the author was selling his book as well. This was a few years before Amazon really took hold. So they spent $10k to get everyone in the room. I have no idea how many people bought the book, but if 30% of the room signed up for the $35 special -- they spent $10K to make $1050. IF he played it right, and closed some of those people on treatment packages, he probably was lucky to break even. As a seasoned citizen, I get offers in the mail all the time for retirement planning, selling medicare plans, etc. Always as some high dollar steakhouse. They must be super high ticket to make a profit off those deals. I realize all the profit's in the back end, so I get it's worth the risk. But if we could supply the service for $1k to attract them to meetings, seems like a no-brainer.
Farting in a crowd is a great way to get a picture like this...
Farting in a crowd is a great way to get a picture like this... But there are better ways to get attention. If you're tired of cold DMs and emails that get ignored... One well-written ad can put you in front of your EXACT client. (Like this one is doing right now.) Most agencies... They think ads are complicated. Too technical. Too risky. Too expensive. Blah blah blah. But I jus taught you how to write a converting ad... Right here. In this post. Did you catch it? Probably not
because you're not trained to spot it. Yet. Did you know that we have a free course in the "Class room"? It' called "Beginner to Producer in 24Hrs" If you haven't yet... Take it and start making rad ads. Your Move. Sam
