Hey there! I'm Jenny — I'm a juicer and in my happy place when I'm knee-deep in food prep or creating a new vegan recipe (or three 🤪). I'm also a self-taught, full-time plant-based experimenter 🌿. I went completely plant-based a little over a year ago after witnessing firsthand what food could actually do — and heal — for me. I had tried it ALL. Keto, Carnivore, Atkins, GLP-1, powders, pills… you name it. Nothing worked, and I was simply sick and tired of being sick and tired. So I joined a 28-day online fruitarian challenge — and went all in. 🥳 Since then, I've shed 60 lbs naturally, reversed pre-diabetes, dropped my fasting blood sugar from 165 → 72, lowered my A1C from 6.9 → 5.0, healed my gut, cleared my brain fog, healed insulin resistance, reduced inflammation, and finally started pooping daily (hallelujah 🙌). Once my body felt this good, my heart naturally followed — and that's when I became fully vegan. For the first time in my adult life, I've been able to maintain a healthy weight — and at 48 years young, I'm on ZERO medications, prescription or over-the-counter. That's huge, considering I was medicated for most of my adult life. Now I share the real, the messy, the delicious, and the always-magical journey of living plant-based — the food, the habits, and the everyday wins (and losses) — so people can see that healthy living doesn't have to be hard or boring. —> Rooted & Wild

Who wants to do a Stem Cell Fast with me?
My birthday is on Friday, May 1. All I want for my birthday are some stem cells! What are stem cells? They’re cells that can shift into ANY part of the body that needs healing and care. They’re like chameleon cells. They’re kinda magical. God is good. They can turn into bone, muscle, organs, skin, whatever is needed at the moment . People pay thousands of dollars to get stem cells injected, yet our body produces them for free when we fast for 72 hours or more. If you want to join me in a stem cell fast, you just have to decide when you want to start. It can be any day this week. If you haven’t experimented with fasting much, it would be better to start with the 14-day Intermittent Fasting Challenge in the Classroom. A 72 hour fast is ideal for those who have done some fasting before. You can use the Self-guided 36 hour fast in the Classroom to prep for it, then extend the time you’re fasting . If you’re malnourished, pregnant, in the week before your period, or nursing, fasting is not the right strategy for you. If you have any medical conditions, be sure to check in with a trusted medical provider before doing a fast longer than 16 hours. I’ll share some principles of prepping for a fast in the comments. It's always been a passion of mine to connect people for mutual THRIVING. It's been fun doing that in the realm of health and wellness, in this community. I'm leaning into connections more as I rebrand this community and create a bigger platform for all the amazing health and wellness professionals who have gravitated towards this space. There will still be posts about fasting and stress eating, and weekly support groups to navigate all of it, and I'm absolutely available for one-on-one coaching for anyone needing support in those areas. That's my jam, and none of that is going away! If you need support with any of that, direct message me today, I'm here for you :) My hope is that this transition creates more VALUE for all of us... Those of us seeking support with health and wellness, we get to learn more about the resources and opportunities available here. Those of us working in health and wellness, we get more of a platform to share knowledge/expertise and support others. It's a bit of an experiment...we will do it for 1-3 months and see how it goes. In that spirit, this is actually going to be the last Move and Market Monday. You're of course welcome to post something today if you'd like! After today, this category morphs into Value Posts. Stories of Transformation Contest starts today!!
You can submit anytime before next Friday, May 1st! Remember to check out @Ben Sherry ’s community, the Oracy Club if you want some support with crafting your Story! We all have a story of transformation or two, from our past, present, or future. This contest is your chance to share your story, learn from the stories of others, and maybe win a month of Thrive Community VIP, which includes a one-on-one Thrive Deep Dive Session. If you're a business or Skool Group owner, you can absolutely use this story in your business. This could be your signature talk, or it could be a separate story. You can enter up to three stories! How to Participate- 1.) Pick a story of transformation you want to share. It doesn’t have to be health or wellness related, it can be in any area of life. Reflecting on transformations we have gone through in one area can actually help us create transformation in other areas. It can be a story from your past, something you're going through right now, OR a story written by your future self about a transformation you have yet to go through. The latest option can be very fun and a powerful way to connect with future you, and yet all of these options can be fun and insightful for you. If you'd like to share a client's story of transformation, you can do that too, as long as you've entered a personal story too. 2.) Use the Stories of Transformation tab to share your story as a NEW POST. It can be shared in writing, or it can be recorded as a video, on YouTube or Loom. It can be as long as it needs to be, it's entirely up to you. 3.) Vote by liking and commenting on stories that have been posted. Top 3 Stories of Transformation creators will get a month of VIP!! If winners are already on VIP, they'll get an extra one-on-one Thrive Deep Dive Coaching call. 4.). Post your Story of Transformation wherever you'd like...this is your creative material, you can use it to connect with others, promote your community, or in any which way you'd like.

My Story of Transformation
I was 320lbs and had finished my football career and in turn I had to realistically relearn how to eat and honestly that was the biggest triumph for me. I practiced portion control and protein first eating. This was huge for me because I had been so accustomed to stuffing my face for so long and I lost sense of what was natural when it comes to the appropriate eating for my body. At this point, I had stalled out at about 255-260lbs and had put on a bit of weight. And it was actually @Vasi Smith group where I learned more about fasting and created this combination of a carnivore and fasting approach. This spring boarded me forward to seeing the physical progress I have made now. I weighed in today at 244lbs and have lost nearly 80lbs in total! I hardly get sick, I feel amazing, my inflammation is gone, my energy has improved, and the list goes on. As a coach it is important that there is transparency because we all go through life and it's ups and downs. I hope to help more people with what I have learned during this process and show up for them as a coach in my group the way I found help in this community :) Discipline and consistency got me to where I am today and I am thankful to the community that has been built here💪
