🤯 This fixed my “evening hunger monster” and I didn’t eat less
I’m curious if anyone else deals with this… You eat pretty well all day. You’re “on track.” Then suddenly 7–9pm hits and it feels like your stomach opened a second shift 😑 You’re not even starving… but you want to snack on literally everything. Every time you walk by the kitchen — handful of grapes here, few almonds there, a square of dark chocolate. 437 calories later, you’re like “f*ck!” 🥵 I recorded a short Loom 🎥 about one of the biggest mistakes I see with clients that causes this. It has nothing to do with: - Eating less - Cutting foods - Or trying to be more disciplined And most people think they’re already doing this right… but they’re not. Once people fix this, two things usually happen: Hunger becomes way more predictable Night snacking gets drastically easier to control Your calories don’t even have to change for this to work. I’m hoping this is one of those “how did I never notice this?” types of things. ‼️👉 If you want the video, comment ANCHOR and I’ll DM it to you. If evenings are where things fall apart for you, this will probably hit.

Meet my right-hand woman 👉 Sheila ❤️
@Sheila Vendiola will be the community admin helping to send you guys resources when you ask for it (like the STREET FOOD or FOOD FREEDOM posts ☺️) The back story: - She started as my part-time housekeeper when I moved to Bangkok - We got along so well that I asked her to work for my startup restaurant, Genius Bar BKK. - When I went all-in to build a coaching business during covid, Sheila pretty much managed my restaurant on her own for 4 years - She's back in the Philippines now, working remotely as my personal assistant - She's come so far that she's now starting her own laundry business in Cebu, PH. - I met her in Manila last week for a staff meetup and took her to her first professional basketball game Please give her a warm welcome 🙏🏼❤️

You can lose fat eating ANY cuisine 🍢 Yes, even street food.
Italian. Thai. Mexican. Japanese 🍣 Home-cooked. Restaurant 🍜 Street stall with a plastic chair 🌯 Fat loss isn’t about where the food comes from 👉 it’s about how much, how often, and how consistently you’re eating it. I hear people blame their fat loss problems on their specific cuisine because: - Portions are bigger - Oil + carbs + fat stack easily - People stop paying attention once food feels “off plan” But none of that makes the food itself MAKE YOU GAIN FAT 🧐 There's no such thing as a food that's inherently fattening. At the same, no such food that'll directly melt fat off your body. You can lose fat eating: - Pad kra prao‼️ - Noodles - Rice dishes - Curries - Even fried stuff sometimes You just need: - Awareness of portions - Enough protein & fiber - A rough handle on calories across the week - LEARNING HOW CALORIES WORK - And learning HOW TO MANAGE THEM in social situations 9/10 of our 1on1 clients get amazing results because they did the annoying work of learning how to track their food in the toughest situations. (It's easier when an expert teaches you 🧡) I actually demonstrated how fat loss works by eating nothing but street food in Thailand — not because I’m special, but because the system works anywhere. If you want to see exactly how I did it👇 Comment STREET FOOD and I’ll send you the fun video breakdown.

Break the emotional eating cycle! 🍗 —> 🍟 —> 😓
This is something I see all the time and almost no one talks about it honestly. If you’ve ever: • Eaten when you weren’t physically hungry • Used food to cope with stress, overwhelm, boredom, or exhaustion • Thought “I know what to do… I just don’t do it” I made a quick video for you 💪 Quick heads up: This is not about stopping emotional eating forever. It’s about: • Understanding why emotional eating happens • Removing guilt and all-or-nothing thinking • Learning how to pause instead of reacting • And knowing what to do after you eat so one moment doesn’t spiral into a week. I also walk you through: • Physical vs emotional hunger • A simple 60-second pause that’s a game-changer • Why food doesn’t need to disappear — it just can’t be your only tool • And how to use awareness (not punishment) to actually change patterns If you want me to send you the recording, comment FOOD FREEDOM and I’ll DM you 🫡
