Day 29. Ignoring perfection and focusing on consistency has been a hugely beneficial mindset change for me. My behavior today was prepping for the busy day tomorrow.
Day 30: more sleepless nights with sick kids but I will keep continuing on! B is bulk prep a carb and a protein, A is 2 hours of gardening, my favorite reset, N is macros only, no sweets or treats (my Achilles when tired), G is one F It podcast.
Day 23: my busyness definitely keeps me from spending enough serious time reflecting on what I want, who I want to be, and what I need to do to reach those goals
