I have been enrolled in The Positivity Academy since 2025, I have gleamed so much this past year. I truly appreciate Kristen’s positive perspective on life and the incredible research behind the practical tips she shares with all of us through videos, workshops, and live sessions on how to rewire your brain.

Looking at the glass half full hasn’t always come easily to me, I’m continually working on changing my perspective this past year. I feel I’ve made light-years of progress since joining:)
