@Martin Reyes thanks bro I appreciate it
With a devastating overhand right, my boxer Shaun secured the win.
All that repetition paid off—he’s been drilling the same technique over and over, refining his timing, power, and form. In the fight, it came together perfectly. He landed the shot clean, and it ended up breaking his opponent’s jaw, forcing the stoppage.

Master the Philly Shell Defense
Philly Shell (Shoulder Roll Defense): A boxing defensive stance where one shoulder is raised to protect the chin, the lead arm rests low across the torso, and the rear hand guards the face. It is designed to deflect punches, create counterattacking opportunities, and minimize the target area for opponents. If you'd like to learn more and develop this technique, DM me for coaching and training programs.

The Challenges and Importance of Coaching Young Boxers
Working as a boxing coach with kids is one of the most rewarding, but also one of the most challenging jobs in the sport. One of the biggest challenges is keeping their focus. Kids lose attention quickly, so as a coach you constantly have to keep sessions fun, entertaining, and engaging while still teaching discipline and structure. At the same time, you’re responsible for teaching the fundamentals correctly — stance, footwork, defense, and combinations — making sure every drill is performed the right way. The early years are crucial in a boxer’s development because this is when habits are built. If the basics are imprinted properly from the start, they become second nature later on. It’s much easier to build great habits early than to fix mistakes years down the line. Coaching young boxers also develops you as a coach and as a person. It teaches patience, communication, discipline, and consistency. You learn how to adapt, how to motivate, and how to lead by example. Developing young fighters isn’t just about creating better boxers — it’s about helping shape their mindset and character for the future.

Last Saturday was a massive statement from the Bakehouse crew. Total domination in the ring. Proud of the work these boys put in to make it happen. The takeover continues! 🥊
