Lever to pull: Invite people to join, get the word out (socials, participate in communities, ask, speak, challenges, etc.) ACTIVATE Current state: Is a process (not mandatory), most follow (except spammers)… Biggest gap: Not all do it. Lever to pull: Shore up and improve this process…quick win right away. ENGAGE Current state: Daily engagement (challenge video post), polls, random questions, thought provoking posts… Biggest gap: No consistent themes or rhythms (except annual challenge posted daily). Participation by some, mostly not. Lever to pull: Create a schedule of engaging types of posts and find ways to get folks having conversations amongst themselves. REFER Current state: Some referrals happening. No formal system or invitation to bring folks in. Biggest gap: No real incentive yet to invite folks in. Lever to pull: Set up and actually promote Affiliate Program! My biggest stall right now: Time…Doing the Synthesizer Scaling program, but THIS is the exact reason to pull all these levers and supersize my skool!!!
