I'm so grateful to be sober today! For my wife and our cat, Luna and dog, Gemma. I'm grateful that my sister and I got our mother moved safely from FL to TN. I'm grateful for the sun today and cool TN air. I'm exceedingly grateful for the run in the woods I gave myself yesterday, the fall colors, the wooded trail, the smell of the leaves.
