Not sure if I am doing anything wrong but I am just on Strat B and this month has not been great either. Lowered my risk level and set my daily loss lower too.

FOMC starts at 2pm est today.

After MNQ went above overnight highs with MSS (and MES also had MSS above overnight highs), I put my entry at the 5min+1min FVG area, with stop loss at the bottom of that move. Held my SL through the price fluctuation and then when I saw the flag pattern form, I moved my SL a bit higher just in case price drop after the flag pattern, so I'll lower my losses in that case. The quick bear spike (liquidity grab?) took me out, and then obviously price then shut up to my 2X profit target 🤦‍♂️ So frustrating! I guess that's another reminder (painful one) to always leave SL in place if you are not ready to get out of the trade. Lesson learned (again!).
