Hey Everyone, I don't think I introduced myself in this group yet. My wife and I purchased our first rental in Casa Grande a month ago and we're in the middle of doing some repairs and updating. It's a 4 bed, 2 bath, 75 year old home with decent parking space. Through some connections we have two renters interested already for a room in January and we hope to be successful filling the others out that month. That said, we're completely new and even these renovations are a bit overwhelming.

What Market are you In?
Howdy all, I would like to know what market you invest in. I am assuming you are doing rent by room since you are in this group, but if your not, mention that also. Maybe you are just interested in it. I like it for the cash flow, but also the stories of the peoples lives that change because if it.

Our first property is in Casa Grande, I live nearby in Maricopa. Still a week away from closing then repairs but after that it's go time to get it filled.
