Thanks for sharing. Everyone can win with the right attitude and determination. From mowing grass and raking leaves, working at a restaurant then becoming an appraiser then an investor and now I educate realtors and lenders on the appraisal process. It’s extremely rewarding. There have definitely been bumped along the road, good years and bad years. But I’ve always stuck with it because this is my passion.
