Taking direction this morning and working out the overwhelm - it is breaking it down and I'll bring the reset approach into next week and let you know how it goes!

Week 1 Challenge Update: Had two appointments w/Buyers. Connected with my data base for pie give away for Thanksgiving. Have 20 clients to deliver pies to :). Thanksgiving cards to past clients 1/2 done and sent. Will complete this week by Wednesday and send.

What went well: Have my text ready to send out from today's challenge. Sent out a buyer's agreement for signature. What could have gone better: didn't get my goal for contacts or appointments. Spent too much time with my admin working on tricking my CRM into letting me be able to send emails to more of the people in my database. Also spent a signficant time setting up my new hire. I feel like the 4th quarter is going really fast and I am running out of time to have everything I want set up to be set up for 2026. I won't worry about it - I will just keep plugging away getting 1% better everyday!

Hit my daily goals crm, daily calls, had 6 conversations. 1 contract-sale pending Had 1 listing appointment (hoping to sign listing paperwork tomorrow) What I need to work on is more time blocking / less distractions to keep setting up my back office systems and flow.

Yesterday I made my calls and I got 1 new buyer and 1 new listing! Today I made some of my calls and picked up a new listing and a referral for a listing. Nothing like a good Challenge to get you motivated and focused. What I need to work on is making sure I report here in the skool everyday!
