Pack Hunt Fitness Challenge!
Happy Friday, Tribe! It's easy to coast through the holidays and that's ok...but if you're like us and wanting to keep the momentum going into and EPIC 2026 join us for this challenge! Doing things together activates honor and enables us to do things we can't as a lone wolf. Honor is stronger than motivation and discipline. We've also created a little structure which is also a powerful tool to keep projects moving. This challenge has 5 super simple requirements (that we should be doing every day anyway but sometimes don't). 1. 30 minutes of intentional movement every day. 2. Keep your protein up ( @Tanya Folsom gonna cover this on our kickoff call this Sunday) 3. Half a gallon of water every day MINIMUM 4. One intentional self development activity; meditation, journal, ice bath... 5. Post here for accountability and celebration The Challenge Tracker is attached along the overview and we're gonna have a community kickoff call here on Skool this Sunday at 4pm PST. There's also gonna be celebration call at the end of the year when we vision your epic 2026 and there will be a winner for the most consecutive days who gets a Wolf Tribe VIP swag kit. You're welcome to invite your family and tribe of leaders to join us!

Time for weekly goals and a new workshop!
Happy Sunday, Tribe! I know it's a labor day tomorrow but we're holding the rituals that make us successful. One of these is carving out a little time to look at the upcoming week and clarifying goals and objectives that move our lives and careers forward. Writing this down is the first step in that process and sharing it with your people is the next one. Use this post for that if you want to activate clarity, support and accountability. I am also going to be delivering the next Arete leadership development workshop tomorrow for those of you who are committed to your growth. Crafting a perfect day is a life skill component I implement with all my executive coaching clients and happy to share it with y'all. Time for weekly goals and a new workshop!

I have a goal of combining my core competency of Healthcare with technology. I will be applying for biotech / healthcare start up orgs. Intention is if I am in the org this will at least make communication with the C suite one step easier. I still do not have a clear goal here but I am moving forward with an inquisitive mind. I want to build daily evidence of discipline. This will look like committing to mind discipline (reading , expressing) , physical discipline (working. out) , spiritual discipline (meditation ) .
Developing into the unknown
Had a quality coaching call with Philip yesterday. He was able to etract the value I can bring to the marketplace with my core competence of Healthcare. I have wanted to transition into technology. I am looking to bridge this gap. I do not know what the future holds, but I know I want to be open. Do you know anyone in the biotech / healthcare startup-up phase? If you do I would appreciate an intro . I appreciate each and everyone of you.

I do not know what will move me forward, but I do know trusting the process of imperfect action is better than no action at all. 1. daily expression/journal/affirmation 2. The practice of discipline (meditation , workout) 3. Vision casting
