Multi Family has taken the reigns here in Chicago - Office has taken & continues to take major hits - however repurposing spaces has become a thing. Talks have surfaced in recent news - of office space having a tendency of picking up due to people getting tired of being home - or unable to work efficiently at home due to distractions or not having all of the resources available. I am keeping close watch.

I've been in business for 21yrs | my main market is Chicago, my partnering markets are where YOU are ;) | I work with retail & multifamily (sold my 1st multifamily this year), and I have a newfound love for helping families build legacies through business ownership via franchising.
