I love so far reading all your intros. Hello everyone, thank you for this space and the opportunity of sharing a little about yourself. My preferred name is Shary, only my legal documents say Shamarith. lol. so its weird for me to see my full name on here. in any case, i am from the USA, originally from the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico and have lived in the states for over 30 yrs. I am newly divorce after 29yrs , now single mother of 2 teenagers and 2 doggies. I am a biologist and Registered nurse by education, stepping out of corporate and embracing the world of entrepreneurship. Recently launched an mobile business for iv vitamin drips and its been a slow take off. So experiencing the challenges that come with owning your own business it seems. i am here to learn from the 3day challenge and support others in their journey as much as i am able to. I am currently in a healing journey myself (spiritually, mentally, emotionally and spiritually)- doing the inner work first and adapting to all the transitions in my life. Its been rough to regulate after so many years living in survival mode... I need new friends and a new community of like minded individuals who can uplift and not compete. Looking forward to a NEW YEAR of abundance in all areas.

I had my 2nd Podcast today and had no idea I was meeting with someone with access to the political platform and was asked if she can give my information to a formal general who also lost his son to fentanyl and speaks all over the world! After my son died I felt promoted like a voice beyond the grave for the hundreds of thousands maybe even millions fallen soldiers of addiction and fentanyl poisoning. I was also asked to be a part of another fentanyl awareness platform. Speaking on stages has always been my vision and dream, I feel I was given this mind blowing life story to help othersrise from victim to Victor and to live beyond the vain not letting ANYTHING even death break you down or clip your wings! Last challenge with Jesse I was a guest speaker at my former Beauty school! You will blast off when you do the work!! I paid the $19 for the breathwork & meditation and I listen to Jesse's music! The lyrics hold magic of deliverance!!! 🪽🙏🤍✨️✨️✨️

@Nicole Byers thank you for sharing. i am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son. as a mother of 2 boys, my heart skipped a beat when i read this. you definitely have a purpose on this earth to bring awareness and light into this world with your education, speeches and podcast. a true warrior! Old beliefs: fear of financial instability, fear of being judged and criticized. listening to people who are not in a better place and want to instill their opinions and decision making in me. New Belief: working on my healing journey,embracing my authenticity and blocking out the outside noise that will lead to negativity. Positive vibes, big dream turned reality and big goals accomplished. taking constructed criticism from those who are intended to add life into me.

Old belief Selling online is weird af New belief Selling and marketing online can be fun and easy Old belief People won’t pay the asking price of my artworks New belief People who value fine art will pay the asking price for my artworks Old belief Sharing my story is attention seeking and humiliating New belief Sharing my story will reach those who need to hear it and empower woman who are going through the same thing Old belief I need more training before I can actually follow through with the next task New belief I don’t need more training. I need to execute and take inspired action in order to gain experience in order to learn and grow in the field. Old belief I won’t make as much money in the online space New belief I will make 10 times more money than what I actually make in both the industries I work in

I've been working on my limiting beliefs a loooot already, and I could shift some of them quite successfully… and some of them seem to still be there. And today I even discovered new ones 😅 Halleluja… shedding and shifting and transforming and evolving… the journey goes on haha. And what I have always been dedicated to (how blessed I am) is my commitment to my own personal growth and my commitment to becoming the best version of myself, because I'm not here on planet Earth only for myself, but for the world. So here we go ❤️🔥

Hi Andrea, thanks for sharing. i too share some of those limiting beliefs. the one that sticks out the most, because i just did it. was to lower my prices in hopes to get more clients. i just realized as im writing this, how much of a disservice to myself i created bc the right clients who draw close to me, should be for me and my brand and the price wont matter to them. oh man!!! ..........
