I have been doing the program for about a week now I am a competitive bodybuilder and used to race mountain bikes. I sustained multiple injuries to many of my joints, including my hips. My left hip has been giving me some issues lately. I have significant arthritis. Using  the assessments, I was able to identify several weaker areas in some of the muscles, even though I can lift heavy weight,  and I’m currently working on those. I have noticed increase in mobility.
