I have been one of the original members, and part of the pilot group. This is such a well supported group, with lots of wealth of knowledge from both James & Bjorn. You can take on any challenges at your level, and no pressure. There are fun and easy challenges, workouts which are there to make yourself accountable for your actions. When life is full on, this is ideal to fit into your daily life. 
Would thoroughly recommend. 😀
