Could This Be the Missing Piece in Your Weight Loss (or Brain Fog) Journey?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 We talk a lot about hormones here — and you know how much they matter. But there's another piece of the puzzle that almost never gets mentioned — and when I started seeing it consistently in our genetic testing results, it stopped me in my tracks. It's called HISTAMINE INTOLERANCE — and it may be quietly sabotaging your weight loss and other goals, even when your hormones are improving. Does any of this sound like you? - Bloating that seems way out of proportion to what you ate - Brain fog that gets worse as the day goes on - Headaches that creep in an hour or two after eating - Hives or itchy skin for no obvious reason - Stubborn belly fat that just won't budge - Runny nose or congestion after a glass of wine - If you're nodding — keep reading. 👇 Here's the thing most women don't know. Histamine isn't just an allergy thing. Your body produces it naturally, but when there's too much of it — or your body can't break it down fast enough — it tells your body to store fat, drives inflammation, causes water retention, and blocks the signal that tells your brain you're full. And the foods that trigger it? You're probably eating them every day thinking they're fine — or even healthy. - 🥓 Bacon and sausage - 🍷 Red wine and prosecco - 🧀 Aged cheeses — parmesan and sharp cheddar especially - 🥗 Anything with vinegar — dressings, pickles, condiments - 🫙 Yogurt (I know it's healthy - but maybe not for you!) - The tricky part is that histamine is cumulative. One of these foods on its own might be fine. But yogurt at breakfast, vinegar dressing at lunch, wine and parmesan at dinner? By the end of the day your body can be in histamine overload — and you'd have no idea why you feel so awful. Why do some of us have this and others don't? GENETICS: Some women are simply predisposed to producing too much histamine, or their body can't break it down efficiently. It's written into your biology — which is exactly why we now include the 3x4 Genetic Test alongside hormone testing for all our clients.

That's me! I have high eosinophils, have gained 5 lbs I can't lose, around the tummy. And bad brain fog.
🧬 Your Gut Is HIJACKING Your Hormones
Part of our New Gut-Hormone Series and new added course in the classroom with Complete Protocol for reversing these symptoms. If you have been dealing with worsening food sensitivities, gut issues, anxiety, or sleep issues since menopause — this is the missing piece: The Estrobolome. Several new discoveries are putting a light onto serious conditions many women experience before menopause, like PCOS, Endometriosis and other Estrogen Dominance symptoms. These issues before menopause can now become severe menopausal symptoms that nothing seems to help. I also put together a full one-sheet course in the Classroom that walks through the entire Estrobolome protocol in an easy reference format you can come back to again and again. Watch the video and then, Find the course in the Classroom 👉 [SKOOL CLASSROOM LINK] Drop a comment below — are you dealing with new gut problems and food sensitivities since menopause? I want to hear your story.

I wonder if a lack of nutrients could be a cause in the gut causing the hormone issues? Mine seem to have started when I changed my diet.
🧬Estrogen Dominance and the Gut Connection
New research on how the gut serves as an intermediary in our hormone balance, demonstrates a very strong connection between gut problems and estrogen dominance. Issues such as food sensitivity, brain fog, bloating and mood swings are now found to have dramatic improvements when these gut issues are addressed. Since most women go to different doctors for these problems - the connection is generally not made. My new Gut-Estrogen series explores these factors and what you can do about it. I am attaching the first few videos in the series and more to come. These will also be available in the Classroom! What's your experience?❓

@Manon Fielding Same here. Now I'm working on the D hormone and fixing my knee and leg issues.
Is Your Vitamin D level "Too High", "Too Low" or "Normal"
💊 Since the 90's, research on Vitamin D levels has been controversial, with many researchers finding that the RDA or "normal" ranges were not optimal for health. I was one of the first holistic practitioners in NC, USA to start testing my patients and recommending higher doses than were currently being recommended - as much as 5000 iu/day. When I had my own test, it was originally under 20 ng/ml and I got sick alot, had joint problems, migraines and hormone imbalance. I started raising it and the last test was in the 80's range. During COVID, I was an "essential" worker as a chiropractic physician and continued to see patients on a daily basis. I also worked in an Addiction Rehab facility while I was working on my MS in Addiction. I never got COVID! Kind of miraculous given my close contact. I truly believe it was my Vitamin D levels. So if your between 40-60 ng/ml and thinking that is too high (or your doctor says that's normal) - or even in the 70's - think again. They now believe the best health benefits come from the 60-80 ng/ml range. Stop worrying about taking too much - and start worrying about taking too little.😃

I'm doing what you're suggesting by upping my D3+K2 from 10,000iu, to 20,000 and taking extra magnesium since D can deplete magnesium. I'm getting some for my grown son too. He's got neuropathy, and rhinitis, so maybe it can help him as well.
Good Morning From Alicante, Spain
Hello Beautiful Souls: I am currently on vacation in Alicante, Spain and wow… such a beautiful place. The food is amazing and I love the energy, the water, the pace of life — it was exactly what I needed. I'm with my daughter, her boyfriend and my friend, Mike from North Carolina. I’m sharing a few photos here ☀️and it got me thinking… Where is your favorite place you’ve ever traveled to? Or somewhere that just felt really good for your soul? I’d love to hear — always looking for inspiration (and I know others here are too 😊)

@Manon Fielding I don't really have a favorite spot, but it'd be nice to see the Grand Canyon or Niagara Falls. I'm more of a homebody since retirement.
