Let’s talk about your last discovery call📞
Like you said all the right things. You explained your process. You even mapped out what they should do next. And then they say,“I need to think about it.” 😟 And you’re left wondering: Was it the price? Was it me? Did I say too much? Not enough? This week inside the community, let's zoom in on something deeper. Your energy. Because sometimes the issue isn’t who we’re attracting. It’s how we’re positioning ourselves. 👉🏾Are you leading the call? Or are you subtly trying to rescue? 👉🏾Are you assessing alignment? Or are you proving your value? There’s a difference. And it changes everything. So let’s get honest. Think about your last discovery call. - Did you feel calm and grounded? - Or slightly responsible for convincing them? - Where might you have over-carried? Let's unpack this in the comments this week and tighten your positioning in real time. For now, tell me: 👉🏾 What did your last discovery call feel like in your body excited or heavy? Let’s talk it through together.

My last discovery call felt heavy in my body — not because the person wasn’t aligned, but because I could feel myself subtly shifting into “proving” instead of leading. I wasn’t frantic, but I definitely carried more responsibility than was mine. Looking back, I can see where my energy leaned forward instead of staying grounded and assessing alignment. This helped me see the difference clearly.
Are you being seen but not chosen?
Do you ever feel like people are nodding along… but not actually saying yes? Like they’re engaging. They’re liking. They’re commenting. They tell you your message resonates. But when it’s time to buy? Silence. It can feel like standing in a beautifully lit shop window. People stop. They look. But they don’t walk in. I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. Sometimes the gap isn’t visibility. It’s clarity. Not because you’re hiding…but because when it’s time to talk about what you actually do, your voice softens a little. You hint. You circle. You don’t want to feel pushy. But clarity isn’t pushy. It’s kind. It helps the right person recognize themselves and think,“Oh. This is for me.” I unpack this fully in Episode 71, especially the part where we unconsciously soften our voice when it’s time to sell. If you’ve ever felt like your message lands… but your offers don’t, you need to listen to this one. Go listen to the episode, and then come back here. I’d genuinely love to hear what clicked for you or what felt slightly uncomfortable in a good way. Let’s unpack it together 👇🏾

I’m definitely feeling this right now. People engage with my content, they resonate, they respond… but when it’s time to actually take the next step, everything goes quiet. Hearing you break down the difference between visibility and clarity helped me see where I’ve been softening my voice without realizing it. I’m sitting with that discomfort in a good way, because I know it’s an area I need to strengthen. I’m going to listen to the episode and come back with what clicked for me.

I love this. My brain has definitely been in that “full but not focused” place, so this call is right on time. I’m hopping in — I could use the structure and a quiet space to get clear on what actually matters this week. Thanks for holding this space, Rosemary 💛
Busy vs Productive, which one are you?
If I opened your calendar right now, would I actually be able to tell how you make money? I have been thinking a lot about those weeks where we are constantly in motion. You are replying to emails, jumping on calls, and posting content. But then Friday comes and you wonder what actually moved your business forward. If you feel this way, know that you are not lazy and you are not failing. It usually just means you have outgrown the version of your business that got you here. You might be spending all your energy on "maintenance" just to keep things running, instead of "momentum" to help you grow. The shift is not about working harder or being more productive. It is about being intentional so your business starts supporting your energy instead of draining it. I talk more about how to make this shift in Episode 70. of The Balanced Business Formula Podcast. 👉🏾 You can listen to the full episode here. I would love to hear from you. What is one part of your week that makes you feel the most energized? - Working directly with your dream clients.  - Creating new ideas and meaningful content.  - Having quiet space to just think and plan.  - Connecting and building relationships with your community. I am not here to tell you what to do. I just want to help you find what works for you so you can lead with peace. Drop your thoughts below! 👇🏾

For me, the part of my week that energizes me the most is having quiet space to think, plan, and actually hear myself again. That’s where clarity comes, where ideas settle, and where I can tell the difference between being busy and actually building momentum. When I give myself that space, everything else in my week feels more aligned and less draining.

Thank you so much, Rosemary. I really appreciate you seeing that and offering space for me to slow down and reflect. I’m looking at my schedule now, and I should be able to join the co‑working session today. A quiet moment to plan and reset would be perfect. Thank you for thinking of me. 🤍
📌 February Focus: CLARITY (And How We Get There Together)
This month, our community focus is CLARITY, not just in your offers or audience, but in how you lead, plan, and show up day to day. Whether you’ve been stuck in decision loops, reworking your website again, or just trying to figure out where your time is actually going… you’re not alone. That’s exactly what the Balanced CEO Framework is built for, helping you lead your business with: - Clarity in your energy + capacity - Structure that supports your season - Space to scale without the burnout I use this framework inside every offer, voice note, co-working session, and even when I’m mapping out emails. It’s the lens I bring to all the work we do here. Here’s how you can join the clarity conversation this month: 1️⃣ Start the 21-Day Reset: Get daily prompts + mini audios to realign your rhythm (Link’s in the Classroom) 2️⃣ Join our Live Planning Call this Thursday: Come as you are and map out a clear, focused plan for the month ahead. It’s open to everyone. Thursday, Feb 5 | 8:30pm CET / 2:30pm EST 👇🏾 Let me know in the comments. What’s one area of your business you’d love to feel clearer on this month?

I love this focus for February. The area I’m craving more clarity in is my capacity and rhythm — really understanding what actually fits in this season without stretching myself thin or slipping back into survival mode. I want my planning, my pace, and my decisions to match where God has me right now, not where pressure tries to push me. I’m ready to reset, simplify, and build with intention this month. Clarity is definitely the assignment. 🤍
