Are you apologizing for your offers? 🫣
You know that feeling; rewriting an offer email for the fourth time because you’re afraid of sounding "too much." I sat down with Michelle Knight for the latest episode of the Balanced Business Formula, and she dropped a truth bomb: If selling feels "gross," it’s probably because you’re copying a style that isn’t yours. Here is the "Rhythm over Rush" approach to selling: ✨ Marketing is 90% of the sale: By the time you ask for the buy, your stories should have already done the heavy lifting. ✨ Relatable > Impressive: People connect more with your "boring" everyday moments than your polished highlight reels. ✨ Consistency = Capacity: Stop trying to be a content machine. Post what your actual week can hold, not your "imaginary" capacity. Selling isn't about convincing; it's about presenting an opportunity and letting the right people say yes. Ready to find your own rhythm in your business? If you have an offer email sitting half-written or you’re wondering why your posts aren’t landing, the Business Alignment Audit is the perfect place to start figuring out where the "Quiet Gap" is hiding. Michelle is also sharing her free Authentic Sales Story Method to help you turn your own everyday moments into stories that actually connect. Busy or working?
Quick mid-year temperature check 🌡️ we’re officially in the second half of 2026. no lecture, just honest curiosity… which one is your business right now? A) running me. I work for it, not the other way around B) fine on the outside, fragile behind the scenes C) working, but bloated. too many offers, too many tabs D) actually calm (tell us your secrets immediately) drop your letter below. I’ll share what I’m seeing in the patterns on Friday 👀
Busy or working?
New month. New quarter.🙌🏾
Three "fresh starts" showing up in the same week, wearing the same shirt: the "am I doing this right" shirt. If you've got kids, you already know the loop. Work through the break and feel guilty about it. Try to switch off and feel guilty about that instead. Or actually rest... and spend half of it wondering what's quietly falling apart in the business while you're not looking. None of that is a personality flaw. It's a systems problem wearing a mom guilt costume. Here's what I'm doing about it this quarter. No shiny launch. No new offer. I'm going full declutter mode on my own back end, workflows and the digital junk drawer nobody sees but me. Anything held together by sticky notes, vibes and "I'll fix it later" is getting sorted before September. So tell me honestly, where are you right now? A) working through summer, carrying the guilt B) trying to switch off, carrying a different guilt C) actually resting, but the business is a mess in the background D) fully summer proofed already (teach us your ways 👏🏾) Drop your letter below 👇🏾 And if you're an A, B or C... tell me what specifically feels messy back there. That's exactly what I'm untangling this month, and it might end up shaping what I share next. Rosemary 🙌🏾

My summer is going to be part business back-end clean up and part resting🙌🏾

@Sharisa Seabrook Keep going!
Are you the "best kept secret" in your industry? 🤫
I see so many brilliant service providers who have incredible offers, but when I ask, "When did someone last find you through your website (not a referral or Instagram)?" the room goes quiet. If you’ve been treating your website like a digital business card with just an "About" and "Services" page, you are likely navigating the "Quiet Gap" I talk about so often. To help us bridge that gap, I sat down with the amazing Barb Davids from Compass Digital Strategies for this podcast episode. Barb specializes in making organic search visibility easy to understand—no icky marketing "secrets" or high-pressure tactics allowed. In this episode, we’re peeling back the curtain on: ✨ Organic vs. Paid Ads: Why organic search is the "sustainable foundation" that keeps leads coming in even when the ads are turned off. ✨ The AI Shift: How tools like ChatGPT and Claude actually use your website content to recommend you—and why you need more than just a homepage to be "trusted" by them. ✨ Tangential Content: The "Death Wish Coffee" method of reaching your audience through topics they care about outside of your core service. ✨ Perfectionism & Procrastination: Why we put off SEO and how to stop "planning" and start answering the real questions your clients are asking. I’d love to hear from you below: When you do the site: search, what’s the first thing that pops up for your website? Is it clear, or is it time for a quick "Balanced CEO" refresh? 👇🏾 #RhythmOverRush #BalancedCEO #SEOforServiceProviders #OrganicGrowth #WebsiteClarity
