Im looking to test my 24/7 plumber voice Recep, is there anything i should look out when testing beside from just talking to it to iron out some kinks, anything in particular you guys look out for when testing? Or maybe some websites or programs to actually try break the agent to see some weak spots? Would love some imput!!! :)

once ive done all the hard work of creating the Ai receptionist, and showing the client a demo and getting them excited to onboard. From there how do you actually GIVE them the AI recpeptionist. Im using Vapi/n8n for mine. Do i get them to make an account that i that manage? (but they need to pay for pro in order for me to be admin to even do anything?). Do I myself set up an account and invite them to my account?. and i understand how do import and export workflows on n8n but how do you do that on vapi. SO MUCH confusion. hope someone can help me out :))))

How do you import phone numbers into youre assistant, one that already exists from a clients number and a new phone number from twilio?

ive got a simple ai recep here with only two tools, check_avaliability and book_appointment, is it better to have them on the same workflow or diffrent, it seems to be easier to look and and keep track on the same one but does it effect performace?? or is the best course of action to make two diffrent active workflows? Im using vapi and n8n if that helps at all.
