Invitation to Saboteur No More! free workshop - this Wed. 6p ET
You're warmly invited to a free, monthly Saboteur No More! gathering for LGBTQ+ and underrepresented professionals on July 15 at 6p ET. Click here to register. Mind chatter, anyone? 🧠📣 Does your inner critic question choices you’ve made in the past? Or is it taking up a bunch of bandwidth running through possible what-if future scenarios? And then, with all the noise going on, you find yourself emotionally drained and uncertain about the best course of action…. That’s the Judge, our master Saboteur, at work. For LGBTQ+ and underrepresented people, this internal dialogue understandably often runs deeper. Perhaps you’re constantly scanning the room to assess if you’ll be judged or accepted… Will you be safe? Will you belong? These protective walls get in the way of connecting deeply to your purpose, the task at hand, or the people in your life. Thankfully, we can learn to recognize and quiet the Judge’s well-meaning-but-insidious maneuvers. In this month’s interactive session, we’ll talk about: - The Judge, our master Saboteur, and the impact of judging others, circumstances, and ourselves. - Practical strategies to pause, recenter, and celebrate 🥳 when we catch the Judge in action. - How empathy helps quiet the Judge and return us to calm, clarity, and our own unique wisdom. These sessions are live (not recorded) and include a companion worksheet, so make sure you join us in real time! All my best, Shanti

An Opportunity to Share Your Ideas
Fellow Syndicate members — I’ve started a short interview series called *The World Needs More…* — fifteen minutes, one question: what does the world need more of? No prep, no script — just your honest vision, and it becomes a brief published piece you can share. I’m bringing together voices from across my worlds — leaders in finance, cybersecurity, actuarial science, public policy — and I want ours in the mix right alongside them. Our community spends real energy on what the world needs more of; this is a chance to say it out loud, on the record, in your own words. Grab any open time — I’m recording through January: https://calendly.com/danielle-triconal/the-world-needs-more-a-15-minute-interview Fifteen minutes. One idea. Yours. — Danielle (And if a name comes to mind whose perspective deserves a wider audience, tag them or send them my way.)

This is a wonderful initiative. Thank you for the invitation to this group. I'll find an open time now. 🙌
Lovely Coffee chat today.
Shanti was with us but left before we remembered to take a photo. We talked about Shanti's new cat, Eli being back in Amarillo, Danielle had some fun stories about things such as Spread Magazine, which funnily enough is not the Butter Industry magazine, and I talked about the return in print of BEAR magazine! Was a lovely hour to chat socialize and catch up.
Lovely Coffee chat today.

Wonderful conversation and connection, as always! 🙌
Pending Scott's Return
Hi All - I hope Scott is well. Meanwhile, what I have done tonight, for disclosure, is to determine if applicants should be approved or declined. I declined two, approved zero. I look forward to having coffee with any of you who are available at 10 AM Eastern. Have a great evening. Danielle

Thursday Chat Recap - Coffee et al
Hello - @Eli Del Rio and I just spent the most wonderful hour together - we chatted about a litany of topics and I learned a great deal about the over the road driving experience that is Eli's world and I shared some war stories along with business assitance for both of us. Join us next Thursday at 10am Eastern - and join the conversation. @Scott Fullerton peace and be well. @Shanti Gold have a great weekend, we missed you. To all of our members - may the 4th be pecaeful, enjoyable, and safe. Heave bless this community - seriously - while we ahve been quiet we own this space and we have the opportunity to lean in and make a differeince. On a personal note, if you follow me on Substack at Beyond the Binary, yesterday I discussed how I see the Declaration of Independence as a visioning statement, a stil out of reach objective for where we shoudl be and each generation helps lift us forward. In that I asked a question.....What does the World need more of? A single sentence or more is all it takes. I think it is a grand question. From this question I will be starting a video blog where I wish to provide 15 minute interviews for youtube and social media with this singular question - - you get to answer it - I am the interviewer but I want to see how people answer and discuss why there response applies. No judgements (of course) - so @Art Smith might say...."The world needs more Gay Bars" - and then we would discuss those benefits - 15 minutes. Short simple, I believe will have value. Here is a link to sign up. And please share with people you think would enjoy, I’ve started a short series called *The World Needs More…* — fifteen minutes, one question: **what does the world need more of?** No prep, no script — just your honest vision, and it becomes a short published piece you can share. This is your moment to say the thing you actually believe the world needs more of — out loud, on the record. Nazeera and Tip are already in; I’d love for our cohort to be well represented.

Hi! I’m on vacation this week, and I meant next Thursday - but that’s not at all how I communicated it 🤓. Sorry for any confusion and I look forward to seeing you soon. Glad, and not surprised, that the two of you had a wonderful time together.
