My son is mimicking and doing gestures also signing words but will not say words or some words rarely, he knows a ton of words though and all his body parts. He is 18 months. He makes noises a ton. I feel like I’m doing all the things! Advice to help words come? Also what are good signs to teach, we have more, milk And help! More and help are sometimes used interchangeable

Today was one of the first times my son has actually followed directions and participated in a baking activity (without a tantrum or huge mess)!
