Tanner snd I have been working on Place/stay while I knock on the door, and open it He made some nice improveents and then we had a game of place/stay /come (run)with treats 😋 Still reactive with dogs he meets- have been working with him in areas where we have a 'double' walkway- walking him back and worth while the owner is picking up after his pup. No bridge interactions yet ... Spent 10 min at a bus stop today with 5 people waiting, I talked with 1 person/ conversation while Tanner was autodown. He was shaking but he calmed down a bit , then I completed his walk He tried to engage with 1 couplewalking past us, but I engaged the stimulus, it was only at a 3, and he wasn't t too reved up, so that was a bit of a win...

Working on dog reactivity today. 1st dog we ran into was one he recognizes, small , barking. He tried pulling g toward him we were actually in the other side of a wire fence. Cranked the receiver and pushed. High enough that he yelped. Still tried again for round 2, as the dog was focused on him Did a repeat He acted totally different then in class. Dog 2, Tanner zeroed in on him right away as he was walking on the sidewalk ahead of us , about 20 /25 feet. Did the same repeat, same results, yelp and very reactive to the charge but autoed down Happy to say that his under was perfect , and we practiced auto down , with 3 promoters He did great after with a repeat of 5 more autos. Had him auto down at end of hallway, there happened to be a dog in the condo behind is inside- dog sractched at door and whined, Tanner turned but I corrected him and placed him in an auto down, and held it for 3 min.
