tx preforeclosure questions
In TX when you get a house under contract a week or days before the auction, how do you guys get them postponed? Where I am at I can always get them postponed by submitting a cover letter, signed contract, proof of funds and a preliminary closing statement from title to the trustee and mortgage servicer. I've heard some people in TX mention using temporary restraining orders when needing to stop or postpone an auction on short notice.
